Q. Which areas do you cover? A. We cover West Wiltshire and Somerset but can travel further if required. Please view the coverage page for further details. Q. How much do you charge? A. Please view our rates on this page. Q. Do you charge a call out fee? Are there any hidden costs? A. We do not charge a call out fee if you are within 10 miles of Trowbridge, just a flat rate per hour for labour. Any replacement parts required for repairs will be agreed before any work begins. There are no hidden costs! Q. What do I need to bring if I have my computer repaired in your workshop? A. For desktop computers, you need to just bring the tower and software discs supplied originally with your computer. We do not need the mouse, keyboard, screen or cables, unless requested. For laptops, we need the laptop and power supply unit plus any software discs. If in doubt, please ask before leaving. Q. How long do repairs take? A. When visiting your home or business some repairs can be carried out onsite however some require further diagnostic and will be brought back to our workshop. Generally workshop repairs are turned around in 1-2 working days. Q. Do you offer a 'No fix, No fee' service? A. We are confident we can fix any issue you have, therefore we do not need to offer this! Q. What payments methods do you accept? A. We accept all major credit & debit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Amercian Express), cheque or cash. Q. Do you carry any stock of computer items? A. Yes we carry stock of common components to ensure a quick turnaround on upgrades and repairs. Any parts that we do not have in stock can generally be sourced either same day or next working day. Some specific laptop parts can take longer but we will always keep you updated on the progress. Q. Do you offer support contracts for business users? A. We are able to support smaller companies with a personal service. We create a bespoke agreement with you, which can involve a range of options including reduced site visit response times, reduced call out costs, remote monitoring and remote desktop support.
